Being a Change-Maker in Business

Attention Coaches, Healers and Thought Leaders:

There’s so much panic out there – AI, strategies that were once working no longer working, fear about sharing your voice and being shut down and not getting it 100% right in the tiny slither of ‘this is what’s right!’ space that seems to be available.

The sad thing about this is if we pay too much attention to this what we will end up doing is retreating, which is the opposite of what’s needed.

Because the gap between you and the business you want is not: secret strategies,  getting it 100% right or being an AI early-adopter. It’s a YOU shape gap.

Another perspective to pick up, if you feel like it would serve you, is that we’re living in a very exciting time.

A time of change, possibility, mass waking up to the power that we as individuals hold. And if you are in business, you are in a very, very privileged position where you get to merge your personal purpose, beliefs and life-goals with HOW you’re doing business. How you’re showing up. How you’re using your voice and your platform.

It’s a privileged position but it’s also a very complex place to be in. We’re mixing the worlds of commerce with the worlds of philosophy, self-development and spiritual development – not the simplest of mixes! 

Let’s gather and talk about how we show up in these times.

Let’s talk about privilege, power, the concept of deserving it, entitlement, manifesting, making the dream real, what it really takes. Let’s get real, let’s get honest.

We might get more questions than we get answers but it will definitely spark creativity, new perspectives and fresh thinking on topics crucial to not just our survival but our integrity and joy as change-making business owners.
