I work with coaches, healers, and mission-led founders who have something genuinely important to say – and are tired of walking away from rooms where people almost got it.

My background isn’t in business. It’s in theatre. Writing, performing, directing. Standing on the Edinburgh Fringe stage long before I ever stood in front of a room of entrepreneurs. I learned what makes an audience lean all the way in, and what makes them politely wait for you to finish.

FAQ’S
When does it start?
When you sign up you get access to the trainings right away. The 7-week live classes starts in October 2026.
You can choose to watch the trainings over the summer or wait til we start.

How much work is there?
Each Wednesday you’ll receive a training to watch in your own time – any time between Wednesday and the weekend suits. They run under an hour each. Alongside that there are exercises to do, which tend to take anywhere between thirty minutes and two hours depending on how fast you work, how deep you go, and how clear you already are on your message. Then on Mondays we meet live for ninety minutes of workshopping – you bring your talk, I bring my director’s eye.
What if I can’t attend live?
All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to everything. However, you will get the most out of it by attending the live Monday sessions. This is where you get my director’s eye and my marketing and messaging instincts, aimed directly at you, your business and your talk.
Will this work for virtual talks too?
Absolutely. Online events, webinars, masterclasses, podcasts, workshops, interviews, in-person stages – the framework works everywhere your voice goes.
Do I need to be an experienced speaker?
No. In fact, sometimes ‘experienced’ speakers are the worst! They can have the most bad habits to unpick. But whether you’re new to speaking or already doing it and want to improve your results, this programme will meet you exactly where you are.
I get nervous before speaking - will this help?
Yes. When your message is clear, and your talk is mapped out, confidence naturally follows. We’ll also work on delivery and presence so it feels natural and even fun. However, if you are genuinely terrified, this probably isn’t the course for you. We get strategic and we get creative and if your nervous system is in a state of fear you’ll find it hard to keep up, so you may find a gentler start elsewhere more appropriate for you.
